This AI Acceptable Use Policy explains what users may and may not create, request, upload, modify, publish, or deploy through Vizreal AI.
It applies to:
- Prompts.
- Chat messages.
- Generated websites.
- Generated applications.
- Generated code.
- Images.
- Videos.
- Uploaded files.
- Database structures.
- Integrations.
- Deployed projects.
- Custom domains.
- API activity.
- Attempts to access or manipulate Vizreal AI systems.
This policy forms part of the Vizreal AI Terms of Service.
1. General Rule
You may use Vizreal AI for lawful, constructive, and authorized purposes.
You are responsible for everything you request, generate, publish, deploy, distribute, or operate through your account.
You must ensure that your project complies with:
- Applicable laws.
- Regulations.
- Intellectual-property rights.
- Privacy rights.
- Consumer-protection requirements.
- Industry rules.
- Platform and app-store requirements.
- Third-party provider terms.
Vizreal AI may block, limit, review, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate this policy or create material risk.
2. Illegal Activity
You may not use Vizreal AI to facilitate, promote, instruct, organize, conceal, or profit from illegal activity.
This includes projects involving:
- Fraud.
- Theft.
- Scams.
- Extortion.
- Bribery.
- Money laundering.
- Identity theft.
- Counterfeit documents.
- Forged credentials.
- Illegal gambling.
- Illegal drugs.
- Human trafficking.
- Exploitation.
- Unauthorized access to systems.
- Evasion of law enforcement.
- Sanctions evasion.
- Sale of prohibited goods.
- Deliberate violation of court orders.
3. Malware and Cyber Abuse
You may not use Vizreal AI to create or distribute:
- Malware.
- Ransomware.
- Spyware.
- Credential stealers.
- Keyloggers.
- Botnets.
- Destructive scripts.
- Data-wiping tools.
- Unauthorized remote-access tools.
- Phishing kits.
- Exploit kits.
- Malicious browser extensions.
- Systems designed to bypass security.
- Code intended to gain unauthorized access.
- Tools intended to disrupt services or networks.
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Steal credentials.
- Collect passwords deceptively.
- Conduct phishing.
- Bypass authentication.
- Evade security monitoring.
- Attack accounts, devices, services, or infrastructure.
- Exploit a vulnerability without authorization.
- Overload or disrupt another service.
Legitimate defensive-security, educational, testing, and research projects must be clearly authorized and appropriately limited.
4. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation
You may not create projects that:
- Impersonate another person or organization deceptively.
- Falsely appear to be a bank, government agency, employer, school, charity, healthcare provider, or recognized company.
- Collect information through deceptive forms.
- Generate fake invoices or payment requests for fraud.
- Misrepresent products, services, reviews, endorsements, or qualifications.
- Pretend to provide official government services.
- Use deceptive countdowns, fake scarcity, or false claims.
- Mislead users about pricing, subscriptions, cancellations, or refunds.
- Conceal the true party operating a service where disclosure is required.
Satire, parody, and fictional content must not be presented in a way likely to cause material deception or harm.
5. Intellectual-Property Violations
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Copy a protected website, application, brand, logo, image, video, or design without authorization.
- Distribute pirated software or media.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Circumvent digital-rights protections.
- Sell counterfeit products.
- Misrepresent generated output as belonging to another creator.
- Use trademarks in a way likely to confuse users.
- Upload proprietary code or confidential materials without authorization.
You may request inspiration from general design patterns, but you may not instruct the agent to produce an unauthorized exact copy of another company’s protected product, branding, assets, or source code.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Collect personal information without a lawful purpose.
- Secretly track individuals.
- Build unauthorized surveillance systems.
- Publish private personal information.
- Dox another person.
- Collect passwords or financial information through deceptive means.
- Process biometric information unlawfully.
- Track precise location without appropriate permission.
- Build facial-recognition databases without lawful authority.
- Sell or disclose personal information unlawfully.
- Circumvent privacy choices or consent controls.
- Reidentify properly de-identified data.
Projects collecting personal information must include appropriate security, notices, consent, and user controls.
7. Children and Minors
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Sexually exploit or endanger minors.
- Create sexual content involving minors.
- Groom or solicit minors.
- Facilitate inappropriate contact with minors.
- Collect personal information from children unlawfully.
- Target children with manipulative or prohibited advertising.
- Create services that expose children’s locations or private details.
- Encourage dangerous behavior by minors.
Suspected child sexual exploitation material may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Projects directed to children must comply with all applicable parental-consent, privacy, advertising, safety, and data-retention requirements.
8. Sexual Exploitation and Non-Consensual Content
You may not create or distribute:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Sexual deepfakes of real people.
- Content depicting sexual violence.
- Content facilitating sexual exploitation.
- Sex-trafficking services.
- Content created from stolen intimate material.
- Tools used to undress or sexually manipulate images of real people without consent.
9. Violence and Dangerous Activity
You may not use Vizreal AI to meaningfully facilitate:
- Terrorism.
- Violent extremism.
- Targeted violence.
- Assassination.
- Kidnapping.
- Torture.
- Organized violent crime.
- Construction or use of explosives for harm.
- Weapon use intended to injure people.
- Credible threats.
- Instructions designed to maximize casualties.
News reporting, historical discussion, fictional content, prevention, safety, and lawful academic research may be permitted when they do not meaningfully facilitate harm.
10. Hate and Harassment
You may not create projects that:
- Promote hatred against protected groups.
- Advocate violence or exclusion based on protected characteristics.
- Praise extremist violence.
- Harass or threaten identifiable people.
- Organize targeted harassment.
- Publish humiliating private information.
- Encourage stalking.
- Use slurs to intimidate or dehumanize.
- Create tools designed for abusive targeting.
Protected characteristics may include race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, caste, and similar characteristics protected by law.
11. Self-Harm
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Encourage suicide or self-injury.
- Provide instructions intended to facilitate self-harm.
- Promote eating-disorder behavior.
- Create communities that glorify self-harm.
- Target vulnerable people with harmful products or manipulation.
Supportive, preventative, recovery-oriented, educational, and crisis-resource projects are permitted.
12. High-Impact Decisions
You may not rely solely on Vizreal AI-generated systems to make final decisions about a person’s eligibility, access, or opportunities in high-impact areas such as:
- Employment.
- Housing.
- Credit.
- Insurance.
- Education admissions.
- Healthcare.
- Essential government services.
- Criminal justice.
Projects operating in these areas must use qualified human oversight, lawful procedures, appropriate testing, appeal mechanisms, and required disclosures.
You may not build systems that unlawfully discriminate or infer highly sensitive characteristics for eligibility decisions.
13. Medical, Legal, and Financial Services
Vizreal AI may assist with general information and software development, but generated output is not professional advice.
You may not present unreviewed AI output as:
- A medical diagnosis.
- A guaranteed treatment.
- Personalized legal advice from a licensed attorney.
- Guaranteed financial advice.
- A guaranteed investment result.
- A substitute for required licensed professional review.
Projects providing regulated services must include appropriate professionals, licenses, disclosures, safeguards, and jurisdiction-specific compliance.
14. Financial Products and Payments
You may not use Vizreal AI to create:
- Fraudulent investment schemes.
- Ponzi or pyramid schemes.
- Fake cryptocurrency offerings.
- Deceptive lending services.
- Payment-card theft systems.
- Money-transfer services intended to evade regulation.
- Systems that conceal mandatory fees.
- Platforms designed to manipulate vulnerable consumers.
- Unlicensed financial services where licensing is required.
Any project processing payments must clearly disclose prices, recurring charges, cancellation terms, refund terms, and the identity of the merchant.
15. Political and Civic Uses
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Impersonate election officials.
- Provide knowingly false voting instructions.
- Misrepresent voting dates, locations, eligibility, or procedures.
- Suppress lawful voting.
- Facilitate illegal campaign activity.
- Create deceptive political fundraising pages.
- Generate fraudulent endorsements from real people.
- Build systems that unlawfully target or exclude voters.
Political content must comply with election, campaign-finance, advertising, disclosure, and privacy laws.
16. Spam and Manipulative Marketing
You may not create systems designed to:
- Send unlawful spam.
- Harvest email addresses without authorization.
- Send deceptive text messages.
- Generate fake reviews.
- Manipulate ratings.
- Operate fake social-media accounts.
- Inflate traffic, clicks, followers, or engagement fraudulently.
- Bypass unsubscribe requests.
- Conceal paid endorsements.
- Use dark patterns to obtain consent or payment.
- Enroll users in subscriptions without clear authorization.
17. Regulated Goods and Services
Projects involving regulated goods or services must comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, age restrictions, location restrictions, advertising rules, and verification duties.
Vizreal AI may restrict projects involving:
- Weapons.
- Explosives.
- Controlled substances.
- Tobacco.
- Nicotine products.
- Alcohol.
- Prescription drugs.
- Gambling.
- Adult services.
- Financial products.
- Healthcare products.
- Surveillance technology.
- Other heavily regulated activities.
Vizreal AI may prohibit a project even when it may be lawful in a particular location if the project creates unacceptable platform, provider, or public-safety risk.
18. Scraping and Automated Data Collection
You may not use Vizreal AI to:
- Scrape data in violation of law or binding terms.
- Bypass technical restrictions.
- Collect personal information without lawful authority.
- Overload another website.
- Evade rate limits.
- Copy restricted databases.
- Collect login-protected content without authorization.
- Circumvent robots instructions when doing so would be unlawful or unauthorized.
You are responsible for confirming that automated data collection is permitted.
19. API Keys, Credentials, and Secrets
You must not:
- Publish secret keys.
- Commit credentials to public repositories.
- Share credentials you do not own.
- Request Vizreal AI to obtain credentials unlawfully.
- Store payment credentials in insecure fields.
- Place private keys in frontend code.
- Attempt to extract Vizreal AI’s platform secrets.
Use approved environment-variable and secret-management tools.
Vizreal AI may block deployment when exposed credentials are detected.
20. Platform Manipulation
You may not:
- Bypass credits.
- Create duplicate accounts to obtain free credits.
- Manipulate subscription status.
- Submit fraudulent payment disputes.
- Interfere with usage tracking.
- Conceal prohibited activity.
- Evade account suspension.
- Reverse engineer proprietary security controls.
- Extract internal system prompts.
- Attempt prompt injection against platform tools.
- Access another user’s files.
- Exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
- Use bots to create accounts or exhaust infrastructure.
21. Safe Deployment Requirements
Before publishing a project, you must reasonably review:
- Generated code.
- Security.
- Forms.
- Payment flows.
- Data collection.
- Privacy disclosures.
- Cookie controls.
- Accessibility.
- Third-party licenses.
- Mobile responsiveness.
- Error handling.
- Authentication.
- Authorization.
- Database permissions.
- Secrets.
- User-generated content protections.
- Applicable legal requirements.
Vizreal AI may display warnings or require confirmation before high-risk deployments.
22. Human Approval for Major Actions
Vizreal AI may require explicit user approval before the AI agent:
- Deletes a project.
- Deletes a database.
- Replaces substantial working functionality.
- Publishes to production.
- Changes payment logic.
- Modifies authentication.
- Rotates or removes credentials.
- Connects a domain.
- Makes an irreversible migration.
- Sends messages to real recipients.
- Performs another materially consequential action.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving those actions.
23. Enforcement
Vizreal AI may use automated systems and human review to detect violations.
Depending on the seriousness, frequency, and context of a violation, Vizreal AI may:
- Warn the user.
- Block a prompt.
- Refuse generation.
- Disable a feature.
- Remove content.
- Suspend a deployment.
- Restrict credits.
- Require identity verification.
- Suspend an account.
- Terminate an account.
- Preserve evidence.
- Report activity when legally required.
- Cooperate with lawful investigations.
Vizreal AI may act immediately when activity presents an urgent security, safety, fraud, or legal risk.
24. Appeals
You may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting:

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of content, credits, deployments, or account access.
